IT IS POWERED BY A 362 HORSEPOWER 5.8 LITER V12 MOTOR AND BACKS TO A 5 SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. IT HAS ONLY 38,000 MILES FROM NEW AND IS ABSOLUTLEY STUNNING. ON TOP OF ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES THESE CARS COME WITH STANDARD, THIS CAR HAS THE OPTIONAL AMG SPORT PACKAGE, DISTRONIC AND PARKTRONIC. LIKE SO MANY OTHER CL600 AND CL65 MERCEDES, THE ORIGINAL OWNER'S DID NOT ANTICIPATE A $100,000 DEPRECIATION THE FIRST YEAR AND THE ONLY WAY OUT OF THEIR FINANCIAL NIGHTMARE WAS TO HAVE MERCEDES BUY THE CAR BACK UNDER THE LEMON LAW WARRANTY. IT HAS A CLEAN ARIZONA TITLE BUT SHOWS ON AUTOCHECK AND CARFAX THE MANUFACTURER BUYBACK HISTORY. WE HAVE THE ENTIRE SERVICE HISTORY PRINT OUT FROM MERCEDES AND AROUND 2003 HAD TONS OF COMPLAINTS INCLUDING SEVERAL BROKEN CUPHOLDERS AND WINDSHIELD WASHER INOP COMPLAINTS, MANY LIGHT BULBS NOT WORKING AND SO ON. WE JUST RAN THIS CAR THROUGH OUR SHOP AND EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DISTRONIC CRUISE CONTROL. THE SENSOR ON THE FRONT OF THE CAR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND IS A VERY COMMON MERCEDES PROBLEM. A USED ONE CAN BE FOUND FOR FAR LESS THEN THE PRICE THAT MERCEDES WANTS FOR A NEW ONE. THE PAINT AND BODY ARE IN EXCELLENT OVERALL CONDITION WITH NO BLEMS WORTH NOTING. THE AMG WHEELS HAVE A LITTLE CURB RASH ON 1 OF THE WHEELS BUT IS MINOR COSMETIC ONLY. THE INTERIOR IS ALSO IN GREAT SHAPE AND SHOWS MINIMAL WEAR. EVERYTHING WORKS WELL INCLUDING THE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONED SEATS, MEASSAGING SEATS AND ELECTRONICS. THE ONLY MINOR ISSUES IS THE RADIO CONTROL KNOW FELL OFF BUT THE VOLUME CAN BE CONTROLED FROM THE STEERING WHEEL WHICH IS EASIER, THE COVER FOR THE DRIVERS SWITCH ON THE DRIVERS CLIMATE CONTROL FELL OFF BUT STILL WORKS FINE AND ONE OF THE KNOBS FOR THE PASSENGER SEAT SWITCH CAME OFF BUT THAT WORKS FINE AS WELL. MECHANICALLY THIS CAR CHECKED OUT GREAT IN OUR SHOP AND DRIVES LIKE A DREAM. SMOOTH AS SILK AND VERY POWERFULL. GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK CAR AND THE COMBINATION OF THE EXCELLENT OVERALL CONDITION AND THE LOW MILES WILL MAKE THIS A GREAT CAR FOR THE NEXT OWNER.
