Vehicle Detail
*** PLEASE READ ***** Up for sale is a 1993 Lexus SC 400 that has been a project of mine for some time. Due to time and money I am unable to finish it. My loss will be someone’s gain. This car will me to be assembled. It has "EVERYTHING" you would need to make it drive, and make big horse power numbers if that’s what your looking for. The car is a 1993 Lexus SC400. I do not remember the actual mileage. I will try and got to storage and get the exact number, but the body has over 140,000 miles. The car is a custom built Twin turbo. It is not a 3.0l 2jz supra motor. it is a 4.0L V8 twin turbocharged. Headers, intercooler, and piping, exhaust radiator was all custom made. I had a problem with the motor that was built, and have a stock motor with 98 GS 400 MLS head gaskets in the car now. I have lots of extras, and the winning bidder gets everything. Turbos T3/T4 T-70's. Can push enough air for 550hp each. I think I also have 2 Super T-70's which are direct bolt on, and can push enough are for 650HP each. Intake manifold has been ported, and 8 additional injectors installed "880cc I believe". The car also has a second fuel tank, and system to which I planned on running a high octane gas, or alcohol when motor makes boost. All of this is already installed. all SS lines to handle any type of fuel you would like. Car also has an 034 efi motor sport additional injector controller. This unit turns on, and adds fuel when the motor sees boost. It works great for turning a NA car into a boosted car. Basically the car runs just like Toyota designed it, until boost comes on, then the 034 EFI adds a second fuel through the second set of injectors. Car also comes with a complete set of Pauter connecting rods. $1700 new, and a set of Ross forged pistons. $1100 new. these are not installed, as the motor is stock. but you will get them with purchase. The transmission has been converted from the 4 speed automatic, to the Supra Getrag 6-Speed manual. The conversion is complete. Everything is done, from the custom Quarter master twin disc clutch that can handle 900ftlbs torque $1500 when new, to the pedals, and shifter inside. Exhaust is twin 3 inch custom made from mandrel bent tubing. Car has SS brake lines, and Supra TT Brake upgrade with drilled rotors. Intercooler is custom made twin garret cores each core can flow enough air for 500HP at 20PSI All intercooler piping is stainless steel. Suspension is intrak supra springs on KYB adjustable shocks. Rear end in the car is the stock 3.96 gear with a supra Torsen LSD. The trans was originally mated to a 3.19. I do have a second 3.27 rear-end but it is stock. (no LSD) After driving the car with the larger 3.96 I liked it to much, and didn’t want to change it, but you can have both. This was a running car, and the old motor had a problem with the oil pump, I purchased a used motor, and haven't gotten to the car in over a year. I just need to let it go. Again the car needs to be assembled. Basically everything is there, it just needs to be put together. If your a Toyota, supra guy this is the car for you. Last time the car was dynoed the old setup made 510 RWHP, and 505 RWTQ. With the currect set up we were planning on big number. everything was designed for this. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I want this to be a pleasant experience for both of us. I am serious about selling the car. Please PLEASE only bid if you are willing to purchase and pick up the car for your bid amount. No reserve on this sale. winning bidder get it. The picture of the car without the front bumper is old, and was of the mock up. Im just trying to show what the assembled motor looks like. The kinna dusty engine picture is the current one.
