1997 Ford F250 Supercab HD Long Bed 7.3L PSD 2WD XLT 182,813 miles. Tilt Wheel Bed Liner Power Windows Cruise Control Towing Pkg Power Door Locks Running Boards Gooseneck hitch The good: 7.3 Diesel engine runs very good. Never had problems with the engine; it has been a 100% reliable daily driver/work truck and was used occasionally to haul a 2-horse trailer. Transmission shifts good. New front ball joints, front tires, and brakes in '09. Rear tires have about 30% tread left. Overall power train is in good mechanical condition. AC blows good and cold and heat works fine. The bad: truck has big dents, dings, and scratches all over it. A few years ago truck was hit in passenger side just in front of the door down low and as a result passenger door no longer sits in door frame correctly at the top (see photos). Door closes tight and locks but there is a gap of about 1.5" at the top of the door. Interior carpet and upholstery is worn and stained/dirty. Switch box for rear fuel tank is broken (cheap fix). No tail gate. A few of the roof clearance lights are out and need new bulbs.
