I purchased this car new from 355 Volvo in Rockville MD in 2001. It has been a very reliable car. In the first 100k miles the only major service I had was a timing belt change. Since that time, I have taken care of a number of maintenance items to prepare for the next 100k miles. It was my intent to keep this car for four more years, which is why I have done the work you will see below. Tires are 2 years old w/ 20k miles. They have a warranty for 70k miles Car was aligned within last 1k miles Timing belt, AC Compressor, Thermostat and Water Pump were replaced in 2009 Rear/Front Brakes and rotors were replaced in 2009/2010 respectively Entirely new Emissions system was installed in 2009. This includes 2 O2 sensors and front and rear Cat converters. There should be no problems passing inspection. all new spark plugs and ignition coils All interior features work, including stereo, window, instrument lights, etc.... All rims are clean spin smoothly The car color is midnight blue... which is a very dark metallic blue, almost black. I have a touch up kit with that color that I will give you. There was no "dark blue" choice in ebay. Very good-looking color. The pictures show a plastic steering wheel, but I have since installed a leather one. I also installed new front turn signals as the older clear plastic started to look fogged. The vehicle report shows an accident in VA. I was hit from behind at a traffic light. In usual Volvo fashion, the car that hit me was totaled, and I just needed repairs to my bumper. This is a very safe car. Everything in the car is operational. There is no work left for me to do at this stage. The only thing you will notice is a few door dings and scratches. In all the car looks exceptionally good for nearly 120k miles. Just spoke to firestone.. the roadhazard warranty does not xfer to the new owner. The milage wear warranty DOES xfer to you. I will be going to Firestone this week to get a final balance, rotatation and have the tires checked just to make sure all is well before you purchase. Also... I have found a new cabin air filter that I had purchased for this car. I will give this to you. The car has 2 sets of keys. One key has a remote. One does not.
