Vehicle Detail
For sale is a 1941 Nash Coupe street rod project car. The body is a 41 Nash Coupe. The body is sitting on the chassis of a 1979 Ford LTD II. This is a project street rod and not a completed vehicle. please see the pictures for this vehicle. The body is solid steel. All body panels are present. The steel is solid except at the bottoms of the panels. The interior still retains the original gauges. This body is sitting on top of the Ford LTD II chassis. The chassis contains a Ford 460 ci-4bbl engine and a C6 auto transmission. The rear is a Ford 9 inch. The engine has been moved back a few inches on the chassis for weight transfer purposes but could easily be moved back to original if desired. The frame and chassis is in very nice condition. This combo would make an incredible lead sled for someone who has the talent and ability to make it nice. OR.....parted out would bring much more revenue than the starting bid. It's up to you. I do have some other early 40s NASH chrome which I would make available if desired. This vehicle will require a trailer to be delivered. I would consider delivering it within a 100 mile radius of the Western Poconos in NE Pennsylvania for a price. The buyer pays all shipping costs and is responsible for arranging a delivery service. I will be happy to assist on this end to load the vehicle and make myself available to the delivery company as needed. There is no title or warranty with this vehicle. It comes as-is only. Please feel free to ask all question before bidding. I would be happy to have you personally review the vehicle. We are In White haven, PA, just off of I-80, exit 273. All sales are final. On Aug-16-10 at 07:11:50 PDT, seller added the following information:Hi Everyone....I have had numerous inquiries from people only interested in the body shell. The answer is: I am fine with that. If you don't want the chassis, no problem. It's entirely up to you on what you want. If there is something left over, I'll deal with it. I just don't want to see this body get wasted and hope it gets used for something worthwhile.
