2005 Dodge Neon SXT Automatic Transmission 63,000 miles Metallic Grey Paint / Dark Grey Interior The last Washington Emissions inspection was completed in February 2010. It is priced low for the following reasons: - This vehicle has a reconstructed title as it was wrecked and rebuilt prior to when I purchased it 2.5 years ago. - As of late, the vehicle has not been starting, which I believe to be due to the Ignition Module, though I am not an auto mechanic (It started intermittently the last couple weeks). It does not appear to be an issue of the battery. Expect to pick this vehicle up in a non-running state, the likelihood of it starting is slim. - Front bumper paint is peeling - A/C does not work - Remote Keyless Entry does not work - Sound system volume control works but is spastic, making the volume difficult to adjust - Horn sounds weak When I purchased this vehicle, everything in it worked, but over time the above listed issues accumulated. My theory (although again, I am no auto mechanic) is that it has something to do with the electrical system, perhaps a short somewhere. This would be a great vehicle for someone that likes to work on cars. **NOTE** This vehicle is located in Washington State, not Washington D.C.
