I bought this scooter in 2008 from Santa Monica Kawasaki and have loved riding it. It has been garage kept since I bought it and it runs flawlessly. It is highway legal and does not require any special motorcycle license as it has three-wheels. Very fast, yet safe, it gets around 60 mpg on the highway. It has never been dropped or had any problems. People are always asking about it and commenting on it when I ride around town - it's a great conversation starter and it seats two comfortably.
