This 2004 Mercury Marauder was used by the Florida Highway Patrol and just came out of service a few months ago. It is equipped with the 4.6 Liter four-cam, 32-valve all-aluminum Cobra Engine producing 302 stock hp and a heavy-duty 4-speed overdrive automatic with a high stall-speed torque converter. It was sent to Dennis Reinhart Automotive in Orange Park Florida prior to being delivered to the Florida Highway Patrol. There it received modifications such as bigger brakes and rotors (cross drilled), computer chip, DynoTech Driveshaft and differential gear change before going into service. This is a very rare car in as much as they only made a limited number of Marauders in 2003 & 2004. Of the 3,213 Marauders produced in 2004 only 997 were Silver Birch. It is in extremely nice condition both inside & out. Impeccable service as one could imagine and new BF Goodrich G-Force tires all the way around.
