Up for auction is a nice 2005 Neon SRT4 turbo car for sale. This is another easy repairable offered by J&J Auto in Arkansas. This was purchased from one of our Insurance auctions and appears to have been in a wind storm and sustained some body damage as you can see in the photo's..it looks like something like a tree branch flew in the air and damaged the back glass and right rear door. There was a little bit of grass that was blown in the car too although we vacumed all of that out...we live in a Tornado area so that is probably what happened to the car. It will need a rear glass installed and repair the panel where the glass glues into (see close-up photo) and some repair or just replace the right rear door since they are available everywhere ( see photo's of damage). We sealed up the back glass and door glass area to keep out the elements after we took the photo's. The car is real nice otherwise inside and out. The front bumper needs repainted since there are some paint flakes coming off where someone has bumped a parking block or something before. The inside of the right rear door has some light overspray so the right rear door must have been painted before and wasn't taped off real good. That is about all we can see on the body that needs attention..the rest of the paint is real shiny and no other dents or dings to speak of. This car has the MOPAR STAGE 2 performance package which sells on the net for around $700.00 so that is a extra option that will be nice for someone. I really don't know how the other switches work or what they are for in the lower dash in front of the shifter but I am sure most SRT enthusiasts know how all that works. It also has a real short shifter in it too...maybe thats factory in a 5 speed transmission. It also has lowering springs front and rear, and Boomba Alloy motor mounts, and 17" alloy wheels. The car runs and drives good, the air conditioning is cold and it handles and even looks good under the car with a big stainless steel exhaust system. This car is pretty fast even though we only got it up to 5k RPM. The front doors are power and work good, power mirrors, power steering and I am sure there are probably other options that someone might find...I am not a racer so I wouln't know what is factory or not. We are a licensed and bonded dealer and try to be very descriptive on our auctions and keep the 100% rating, but we could have missed something but not intentionally...it is being sold on a as-is basis with no warranty. The title is on file in the office and it is a Salvage title...check with your local laws before bidding to make sure that is negotiable in your area. Looks like this will make someone a nice low miler and easy fixer and save thousands over comperable SRT'S. We have it on our sale sheet for $5,800 but that is negotiable if we sell it before the auction ends which is very common. We do reserve the right to end the auction as it is for sale local here. You are welcome to come and inspect the car here local before bidding. The winnng bidder must place a $500 deposit within 24 hours after the end of the auction and the balance due in 5 buisness days. We will gladly accept Visa or Master card for the deposit and the balance by cashiers check, bank-wire or cash in person.
