2000 Chevy Impala with POLICE PACKAGE from Chevy. Vehicle is for auction by the City of Pine Lake Police Department in Pine Lake, Georgia. This vehicle is available for inspection Monday through Friday from 9am till 3 pm. Please call (404)292-4250 to arrange inspection. No emergency equipment will be sold with this auction. Auction includes the listed vehicle only. Here are the specifics: This vehicle was assigned as a take home vehicle for the Chief of Police in the City of Pine Lake until taken out of service in May 2010 due to an undiagnosed transmission problem. The vehicle will go into reverse and will only drive in positions 2 and 1 on the column. Vehicle starts and runs with a boost. Tires are Goodyear Eagle RSA's and are in fair to poor condition. There is a minor dent in the driver's side front fender. There are minor scratches and dents on the vehicle, consistent with fleet and law enforcement use. The interior is dirty and needs to be cleaned. The driver's side rear door window does not roll down and may be off track. This is the bad with this vehicle. Inspection is encouraged as all defects may not be immediately detectable. There is no warranty with this vehicle and is being sold As-Is. Now for the good: Only 77198 Miles! This vehicle has never been marked or used for patrol functions! It was assigned to the Chief as a take home vehicle the entire time that it was owned by the City of Pine Lake. Vehicle has power windows, door locks and a power driver's seat. Engine is in excellent condition and no warning lights are on. Windows have been tinted. Here are the terms of sale: Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 3 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency; Certified Cashiers Check; Money Order; Company Check ; or Credit/Debit Card (Credit/Debit Cards accepted in person only and subject to a 2% processing fee).
