Clean 2001 VW Passat Wagon GLX loaded with all the options, Leather heated seats V6 with Tiptronic automatic transmission. The car has low miles at just over 76K. In the last 1000 miles I have done a ton of work. New timing belt, tensioners and waterpump. New Complete PCV system. I serviced the transmission with a new filter and the Expensive Pentosin fluid that VW suggests. New spark plugs and plug wires all NGK. I just changed the oil with Castrol Syntec and a VW oil filter, New cabin airfilter. Cleaned the Throttle body and did a complete BG systems cleaning of the intake. Serviced the Cooling system with all new coolant. All new Vacum lines under the hood. I think Im forgeting some but heres the story. I bought this car from a friend of the family with the intensions of having it for driving across country since my wife is joining the Airforce (she left the 20th for basic). We have decided a truck is more what we need so we are selling this and my wifes car to buy a new truck. I have done all the work on the car myself in preperation for across country driving with my wife and son. The car runs flawlessly and got 26.3 MPG at 75 MPH going to Vegas and back last week with the A/C on full blast. Doesnt leak a drop and the tires are in descent shape probably 50% or better. The car is extremely clean and the reg is current (good till 6/2011) and it is titled registered and insured in my name. You wont find a cleaner Passat wagon with all the maintenance done for this price trust me I looked before buying this one. All the maintenance I have done over the past few months would cost thousands at any shop or the dealer. This car should not need a thing for a long time. The car is in immaculate shape interior and exterior wise. The paint is like new other then 2 small dimples (see pictures) one in the drivers side rear door and one in the passnger side quarter panel and a few chips in the rear bumper. The interior is immaculate the only blemishes are a few marks in the right rear door from my soon kicking it every now and then. This car is one of the nicer Passats you will find for the money. It also comes with a factory VW roof rack. This car is being offered AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
