1981 Mercedes Benz 300SD, this Benz is by no means pristine but is a great candidate for a makeover. I originally bought it to fix up as it is a solid runner, but have too many projects and not enough time. This Benz needs new seat covers but has new front and rear carpet along with new carpet in the trunk. The dash has a crack around the temperature sensor and the front interior door handle enclosures are also cracked. The car needs a new climate switches and the cruise control is intermittent. Anyone that has knowledge of these old Mercedes know that these are common problems that can be fixed by the do-it-yourselfer.
