This vehicle has been my daily driver for some time. I have thoroughly enjoyed driving this car of the last few years. I took a new position that puts me on the road a majority of my time or I would not sell this car. The car still rides and drives better than most cars today. I just took the car through the car wash (not detailed) as I didn't want this car misrepresented at all. The car comes with a set of standard mats (which need to be changed) and a set of rubber BMW winter mats. I took pictures to show the carpet under the mats which is in great condition. I bought the car nearly 4 years ago from the BMW service manager in my local area. He put the M-Series rear, exhaust, and the M-Series short shift kit. These are all OEM parts. The front also has the OEM M-Series parts however, I broke it on a parking block a few months ago. Ouch! The car had a new water pump put in less than 300 miles ago. I have had it checked by BMW and the engine and tranny are very strong and should go a very long time into the future. The cutch is starting to slip and will need to be changed. It is very drivable however, with the torque from this 540i you will feel a slip if you are hard on acceleration. I will miss this car and a bit sorry to see it go.
