Vehicle Detail
Ok! The car everyone is looking for. 1966 Super Sport Impala, one family owned and very nice with only 57,950 miles. The son, at 82 years of age has decided to sale his mothers car. Yes his mothers car. This is one of those you hear about but don't get a chance to buy, (until now.) Its going to sale to someone, maby that someone is you. The mother bought this car new in Lewiston Idaho at McMonigle Chevrolet-Cadillac, Inc. and was a none smoker. Drove this car to work and the store, and always parked it at home in the garage. Its been inside most all its life, has only has 57,950 miles on it, and it looks it. The mother passed away years ago and the son, who also lives in Lewiston, now a older gentleman at 82, has keep the car as is with only a few little up dates. New carpeting, new upholstered front seats, new inserts in the back seats, and new tires. The door panels, dash, inside trim, are all original and are in great shape but the dash pad has a cupule of two inch tars next to the speaker grill. The car has an older repaint, that is showing some age, but still looks good at 15 feet. The car has some garage rash (please look at pictures closely) mostly on the wheel trim openings. A few small dings and the rear bumper was replaced in1993 because of a small dent in it but no major damage to the car ever. All the windows are good and roll up and down nicely as they should. This car is a no rust, factory correct, 275 hp 327 with power glide. The car drives like new, with no squeaks or rattles and everything but the clock works and works as new. The engine runs smooth with very good power but uses oil. If the car was driven maby the rings will loosen up, and that might stop. I'm sure the valve gide seals need replaced also. could need rings. (The car needs to be ran. It has only been driven a cupule hundred miles in the last ten years.) This car still has the T3 head lights, and if you noticed in the pictures, it is a radio delete car. Everything is as it was new, except for the things I mentioned earlier. The car is a Super Sport Impala with power steering and has the normal SS equipment, Bucket seats, Consol, hubcaps and SS trim. Buyer is responsible for shipping and shipping costs. I can deliver a reasonable distance for time and gas. For questions please call Bill (208)750-0000
