YOU ARE BIDDING ON USED 1998 TAURUS LX, 6 cyl. 4 door, cold A/C, clean interior, never smoked in, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, the dash above odometer is coming loose from heat I imagine, can be glued back in. It runs well as I drove it today before listing. It comes with 1/2 tank gas. this was purchased new by Commonwealth and has had required regular oil/filter & all fluid changes. Drives well and has comfortable leather steering wheel. All in all a good little work car, good on gas- it has FFV ethanol combustion, but runs on regular gas as well. FFV or Flexible Fuel Vehicle ---The fuel system within the car has a sensor which measures the oxygen content of the fuel currently being used and adjusts the carburation accordingly. Choose regular gas one day or an ethanol mix the next, it doesn’t matter. The sensor identifies the added oxygen in ethanol and makes the necessary changes automatically.
