I have a 1949 ford F-5 dump truck which i bought sometime back to restore and now we have another family living with us as they lost there home and i am having to pay out a lot more for all of us to live so the truck has to go. This truck needs a total reteration, and it is powered by a 1965 chevrolet V8 motor, and the fellow i bought it from in sothern illinois said they were using it when they parked it. He said the power take off and the hoist for the box all worked fine, and the box is very solid and not rusted out. The cab is pretty solid including the floor, and there is a small spot of rust on the drivers side front fender at the seem. The truck has a lot of surface rust but over all it is pretty solid. Some one shot some of the glass out of it as you can see in the pictures, and the other two dual tires and wheels are in the dump box. I bought this as is and im selling it AS IS. Also i have a 1952 ford truck motor and transmission complete, if someone is interested ill list them on ebay. This is going to be a low reserve so bid to buy.
