The copies will be sent to the NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicles to process your temporary tag. MA residents are not eligible for temporary tags. Naturally you have the option to ship or tow the vehicle. Also the vehicle may be driven with dealer. transport, or repair tags. Residents Outside the USA: Due to US CUSTOMS Regulations, you must make your own shipping arrangements.
