My son calls this truck the Mean Green Machine! For sale is a 1996 Chevy Blazer LS, the trucks engine runs great, buts trans needs some work. It has electric windows and door locks. Power seats, cruise control, AC, CD player, a 6 inch lift kit, and 13.5" tires on it- can get you exact size if needed. Truck looks great, has a few minor dents and dings, a black hood, and it will need a new taillight cover before it's completely road ready. Interior needs cleaning up, but its in good condition. It's major issue, is it's transmission which seems to shift great, but doesn't want to climb in the gears when in Drive. Have been thinking all this time that it maybe stuck 4wd low. Ended up getting the truck stuck in the mud while still in 2wd and damaging the rear axle. Transmission hasn't been right since after replacing the axle. Was recently told by a mechanic, that it may be the transmission actuator - electronic. I'm not sure, but the transmission seems fine after changing out the transmission oil pan and filter which contained no metal shavings. Discovered this weekend that the windshield has a crack in it on the driver's side, please take it off my hands! Paid $2500 for the truck, and $900 for the rear axle, my loss your gain!
