1963 CADILLAC, COUPE de VILLE, SERIES 62. This car works, I drive it to and from work and around town. Retired now - don't need it anymore. Still has original engine (390 cu in) and original transmission (Jetaway). (gets checked and re-inspected every January by AAMCO Transmission (keeps my transmission warranty in force). I have owned and operated this car since September 1969 (40 years). Engine had a complete re-build in 1976 and again in 1993. Oil stays clean, engine runs good. Transmission had a complete re-build in 1979 by AAMCO. New carburator, alternator, regulator, fuel pump, muffler in 2010. Transmission keeps on working - AAMCO re-certifies every year. Re-upholstered 1974. Re-painted in 1974 and again in 1983. Car has rust at rear window, left and right mid-side panels, rear trunk, front hood leading edge, trunk interior, bottom left & right panels of door frames, and who knows where else. A/C is installed but does not work. Power windows work but very slow. All the chrome is there and in nice condition. Front chrome bumpers are not rotted, in fact, none of the chrome is rotted. Battery is Sears Die-Hard, 2 years old. This car needs to be taken apart and everything corrected. If you could imagine something or anything needing attention on this car, you are right. but, it will become a beauty in the right buyer's hands. I also have a ton of EXTRA parts and assemblies you may have for FREE, if you want them. Some of the extra parts and assemblies are: Complete extra Jetaway transmission, front windshield, rear window, all the side windows, enough chrome for a second car, left and right skirts, wheel drums, radiator, heater and A/C parts and assemblies, more...... Last importent note: This car works and drives, but, I don't recommend driving from my house house to your house. I drained all the fluid before storing it. It has always been protected from the weather all those years. I never needed to install it in my car and never used it. I can only say, it's reasonable it worked when I got it.
