Used 2001 Volvo V70XC (Cross Country) station wagon. All wheel drive, 5 cylinder turbo engine, 157k miles, leather interior. Has third row seat, so it holds up to 7 people (5 adults, 2 kids). The middle row seats have built in booster seats on both sides (two total). Has 80k mile rated tires bought about 32k miles ago. Runs excellently and has tons of power. Its only significant issue is an oil leak, which is why I am selling it. The leak is likely the rear main seal, which is a cheap part ($30) but expensive to have replaced ($800-$1200). The car works great if you don't mind it leaking oil. I don't know of any reason you couldn't just let it keep leaking oil, as long as you keep the oil level up. I seem to have to add about a quart of oil per month. Less significant issues it has are that one of the headlights is loose and the driver's side seat heater works inconsistently (common on these cars). As far as internal condition goes, it is commensurate with the car's age and mileage. The car has no rust I can see.
