This car belongs to my Dad who is letting me make a little comission for selling it on eBay as I recently lost my job, so I greatly appreciate your winning bid, as will he. My Dad is a Volvo fanatic, and we have owned nothing but Volvos in our family for many, many years. He is also a stickler for regular maintenance, and has kept perfect maintenance records for you on everything ever done to this car. He bought this new, and has been the SOLE OWNER of this car to this day. He would not even let us drive it! It is in great shape for a 13 year old vehicle, and has pretty low miles coming in at only 137, 263. Most of those are highway miles as he commuted to work, or took vacations in it, or visited relatives in the south. He has the User's Manual and the original window price sticker ($42,165.00) with a description of all the features, some of which are listed below. There are no mechanical issues at all with this car, and it is ready to find a new owner who can love it for another decade, or two. He just had an extensive detailing done, and even paid extra to have some scratches removed via wet sanding. Some scratches remain, and there are a couple of dimples in the left front fender top panel and a bend on the side, but these are pretty minor. Now for the specs: 1998 Volvo V70R AWD TURBO WAGON. DOLBY Surround Sound upgrade to 200-watt AM/FM/CD/Cassette sound system w/3-CD changer. Trip computer with clock and outside temperature, heated outside power rear view mirrors, power sunroof, side rear window air deflectors. Cabin air filter, child safety locks on rear doors, side and front airbags. Non-smokers car. Never involved in any accidents. Volvos are the safest cars out there (silver is even the safest color), and they seem to always keep running no matter what. I had a few myself and they seem almost indestructible. Definitely reliable transportation, but beyond that, this one is a true luxury to drive. All scheduled maintenance has been done, including the timing belt. Oil and filter changes were done every 5,000 miles, sooner than the Volvo-recommended 7,500 miles, in my effort at special care of the engine and turbocharger. So far, so good!!
