This sale is for a 1996 Buick Century with a Bad Engine. The vehicle starts and drives, but leaks oil when driven and probably would not make a long trip. The service engine light is on I have been told by a mechanic that is the engine needs to be replaced or rebuilt. The Car was originally owned by my Grandfather until he passed in '03. It was then given to my uncle’s stepson who ran the engine with low oil and overheated it warping the engine. My uncle had the car fixed, but the mechanic he went to just did a patch job. The car was then given to my father when his car broke down last spring. My father drove it for about 5 months before the engine stated making a lot of noise last September and we were told that it needed a new engine. It has been in our garage all winter. The car has brand new tires & brakes and had a wheel alignment last summer. Everything other then the engine is in great condition. The only defects in the rest of the car are a few cigarette burns in the back seat, a small chip in the windshield and the radio antenna is stuck in the up position.
