The Audi TT Roadster comes equipped in two ways, front-wheel-drive with a 180-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder or an all-wheel-drive version with 225-horsepower and a six-speed manual transmission. Considering the TT is less than 160 inches long, its 3,500 pound curb weight seems heavy. But needless to say, the Eye-Popping 0-60 mph time of 6.7 seconds, according to Audi, makes this car no slouch. The convertible top is quick and easy to lower. Unlatch a single lever and hold down a bu tton, the top lowers. Power top only was available on Quattros. A glass rear window with defogger is included. So too is a glass wind-blocker, which is situated behind the passenger compartment. It raises at a push of a button and is very effective. This car has a Calif. title, that has been branded "salvage title". Please don't ask us why, as we bought the car exactly as you see it, and besides what autocheck shows, we do not know anything more. Autocheck doesn't show any accidents. The car has no obvious signs of any prior damage. The hood and inner fenders are clean, and the hood still has original labels (see pictures). Paint is nice & shiney, and has no dents, no dings, and no major scratches. The car looks beautiful !!! Please check out all of my pictures of this hard to find 225 H.P. TT Convertible. The interior on this car is absolutely beautiful, and I will dare anyone to find a cleaner headliner / upholstery ? The engine runs strong, and doesn't have any service / check engine lights on.
