Hi, everyone. What I have here is a 1986 Chevrolet S-10. It has a polished and chromed 350 TPI with a 700r4 automatic. I have been working on this for about a year. Little by little. My 3rd child is showing up and I dont have time for it anymore. originally a 2.5l 4 speed standard. I bought the conversion mounts and motor mounts and installed the 350. The 700r4 was gone through along with the motor. The tri-y headers I got from a friend, (need thick gaskets) they leak a little at the head. Custom bent 2.5 inch exhaust. single turbo muffler. The TPI unit plenum is polished and has aftermarket chromed large tube runners with nitrous bungs. I never had nitrous on this. I bought the runners that way. They have a couple nicks and small dings. only a visual thing. 8.8 Accel wires and u-groove plugs. The motor and trans. dont leak. no abnormal noises,ticks etc. To stay true the the "stealthy" theme, I fabbed a shifter to adapt to the stock stick shifter to make it look like the stock 4 speed but it shifts the 700r4. You have to even push the clutch pedal in to start it. I had built this as a daily driver. To use as a truck and have some fun to. So when I had it painted, I didnt have them do the jams or the inside of the box. This is and was a rust free truck. It was originally a darker blue, but it is now a lighter,brighter blue. The wheels were blasted and repainted with blue accents. It has a sliding rear window. All electronics work as they did when it was new. The TPI harness is integrated with the factory truck harness, so the "check eng, Idiot lights etc" work properly. The Ecm/harness from a 1987 firebird L98 350 GTA. The mass air flow sensor, relays, Ign module, fuel pump in tank are ALL NEW. New window channel seals installed in the driver door and scaper seals on both. New Outside mirrors. New rear rubber brake line. The front end is good and tight with no abnormal wear. It has manual steering. I havent driven it 2 miles since ive started it. I havent even titled it yet. I do have a clear title. Seems to Run and shift great. I put the original grill,headlight trim back on to sell- I was gong to replace these because they are a little beat up. The radiator is still stock, so the radiator should be upgraded.I havent driven it so I dont know if it will keep it cool. Needs a trans cooler installed, (lines are looped under radiator) RF parking light and a rear bumper or roll pan installed. It will need a new air filter also. The interior is typical shape for the year, dash pad is cracked and the door panels show normal wear, as does the seat. I was going to drive this, so I didnt replace anything. It has a fabbed panel to cover radio hole. The tires are in good shape, tread is more than half. The fronts are a different brand, but all 4 are the same size. I put the frt tires in the rear because they needed rotating. I quess I dont have to tell you what ive got in this, but the reserve is way less!!!!!!!!!!
