This is a 1988 S-10 pickup truck that I bought back a few months ago to use as a weekend work truck while doing some projects around the house. It runs great and is very reliable. The odometer shows 274K miles but I suspect that it has had an overhaul at some point since it runs so well. While I've had it I've used it to haul stuff and as a daily driver. I put new shocks in the front because the others were worn out. I also put a new power steering pump pulley on, as the other one was bad. It has a newer am/fm radio in it. The air conditioner works and blows cold air. There are a couple of things you need to be aware of. First, the paint is pretty rough...like many of the late 80s trucks it is pitting pretty badly. There is also a dent under the drivers door on the rocker panel and a couple of other small dents behind the front and rear bumpers. The speedometer quit working last week, probably just needs a new cable. It also has a small oil leak, I haven't looked underneath to see where it is coming from. It could probably use a set of tires, however the ones on it were just fine for what I was using it for. The bench seat is torn up pretty good, so I've just put a seat cover over it. I also have a full camper shell for it if you are interested for an extra 50 dollars. It may not be a show car, but if you are looking for a very reliable work truck, this will be great.
