For sale is a 1979 Z28 Camaro project car. 43336 mile on engine that was bought new from Chevrolet. Transmission was rebulit approx: 60,000 miles ago. Here is what car needs,interior work(front seat need recovering,package tray need replacing,carpet good but faded,dash cracked but have cover for it,needs tires,sun visors bad but have replacements for them,drivers door lock return spring bad (have replacement door latch assy.) has new fenders (coated inside to prevent rust) new bumper cover,headlight mount (NOS),upper and lower grilles. Door weather strip on passenger door has been replaced,have new one for drivers door that need installing.Needs front sheet metal aligned. rear springs were replaced a couple of years ago as were upper control arm bushing. Has rust arounr rear window,lower body behind door. trunk hinge rusted but have replacement part for that Have extra parts for it also (all rubber bumpers,radiator,factory assembly manual,repair manual. Just lost interest in it as I have other projects to be done. I hope I didn't miss anything, if I did I,m sorry for that. Car is being sold as a project and will make a nice car for someone who has the time to spend on it.On Jun-30-10 at 06:23:43 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention that it will need brake work since car has been sitting awhile. It will stop but pedal goes pretty close to floor. Tires are bald so car should be towed and not driven for safety reasons.
