Selling my 1971 pontiac GTO. the car runs and drives but would not trust to drive long distances. The whole car needs a complete restoration that i cannot afford to do. have most of the parts needed. new hood, floor pans, trunk pans, front and rear valance, roof section, dash cover, gas tank, sending unit, the engine is not original. M-22 rock crusher transmission. #96 heads. new holly carb. great condition extra endura bumper, probably still missing some parts I have but you get the idea. everything included. low reserve. had some jackass cancel buying the car 6 hours before showing up so im selling for his offer which was a $1000 less than I wanted to sell for. On Jun-27-10 at 15:54:36 PDT, seller added the following information: the reserve by the way is set at $3500. with all the parts. and the title is suppose to say nom non original motor and trans On Jun-29-10 at 04:28:17 PDT, seller added the following information: If the auction reaches the reserve, I will throw in a running engine which I believe to have been a 400 2 bbl out of a 73 or 74 pontiac. it does have a blown head gasket but the block is also correct for a 71 gto. I drove a 69 GTO with this motor over 30 miles before pulling it out. It comes with #48 heads which are ram air III heads built with roller rockers and a holly performer intake and carburetor.
