You are bidding on a 2000 Volkswagen Beetle-New. The vehicle is a 5-speed, 4 cylinder 2.0 liter engine (gasoline), with power windows, power locks, power steering, heated leather seats, sunroof, AM/FM radio with cassette player and ice cold A/C. I bought the car off of a guy who drove it from upper New York state to New Jersey daily for work. The beetle has 223,699 miles on it because of his commuting, however they are only highway miles. The car runs and drives great, like new! The only issues with the vehicle is that the driver's side window needs a switch and does not operate properly. Also, the passenger's side of the front bumper has some damage, but minor (see photos). The car also has some minor dings in the paint, most likely from driving behind trucks, but not serious. The interior in amazingly in great shape!! For the miles and use of the car, there are hardly any signs of wear. A little wear on the clutch area is the only noticable spot. The leather is in great shape...the car will just need a quick dusting and the carpets may need a light cleaning, but overall in great condition! The vehicle's inspection expired in May 2010. Car will easily pass inspection. This bug is a great little car that goes and runs strong! Don't be afraid of the mileage as it drives like a car with low miles.
