This Buick is the most fun car I have ever owned. Can't go anywhere without drawing a crowd. It started life as a 1950 Buick Special 2 door hardtop. The frame and running gear are from a 1972 Buick Riviera. It has the 455 big block with auto trans. Converted it to HEI. It does have power steering and power brakes with disks up front. The previous owner replaced the floor pans and performed most of the metal work. The windshield is lexan and all others are glass. The front windows are power and work properly. The top has been chopped about 5 inches.It has dual exhaust that sounds pretty good. The headlights (hi/lo), taillights, and turn signals all work. The ignition and headlight switches are Ron Francis. This car rides very well and is easy to drive. I purchased the car with a tired satin black paint job on it. I stripped to metal and satin cleared the car. I have a full set of stainless for the car that includes the sought after Buick cove molding off a 1952 Buick. The trim will need some work but is all in very usable condition. The headlights are frenched and there is also frenched dual antenna holes on the R/S quarter (no antenna). The door handles are shaved and the car will come with selenoids but no remote or poppers. I had the factory seats recovered in leatherette material and they look very nice. The carpet is custom fit black carpet in correct loop material. I painted the dash, windshield moldings, and some of the interior trim in sunset copper metallic. I stripped the guts out of the factory radio but put the faceplate back in because I liked the way it looked. The gauges are Classic Instruments and the steering column is a chrome Flaming River unit. The car has been rewired from front to back. I put a new Edelbrock carb on it 2 months ago. I have new outer rockers, an extra hood and an extra LS quarter if the winner wants them. The tires are decent and on Steel wheels with '52 Buick hubcaps. There is still some metal work that needs to be done. The rockers are the worst and I am including new outer rockers with the car. The passenger quarter has a patch job that I would redo if you are planning on painting the car. As the pics show the interior is not complete. I do have the old interior panels for patterns and trim pcs.
