you are bidding on a 1998 dodge neon competition, it is a no options, two door, 5 speed manual, sohc engine. this car is adult owned and built never raced!! i bought this car from a local dealer where an elder lady traded it in, iam the second owner and was always a florida car. i bought this car and drove for it a short while, it turned into project but i dont have time for it anymore. the exterior is green has some dings in it. the interior is in really good shape and has never been smoked in, no rips or tears. there is just one small crack on dash about half inch long on the passenger side. since ive had the car, i replaced the head gasket with high performance fel pro race gasket, had the head decked, new head studs, timing belt, water pump, timing belt tensioner. i have also put in a 60mm throttle body, semi solid bobble strut, cold air intake, mopar performance egr block off, mishimoto 40 degree thermostat, underdrive crank pulley, prothane motor mount inserts, prothane shift bushings at the shifter and transmission, grannetelli zero ohm race plug wires, new belts, hoses, the a/c has been bypassed but still hooked up. new head lights turn signals and headlight gaskets and wipers. this is a great sleeper car! dependable for daily driving runs quiet and smooth does not smoke or burn oil. i have only used full synthetic oil and high octane gas! thank you for looking please e mail any questions, serious bidders only!!!! also iam including all the paint base coat and clear coat including the activators for both that i was going to use to refinish this car!!!
