I bought this car in 1991 in Ogden, Utah. I am the third owner of this beautiful Mustang Fastback. I worked on this car between 1991-1994 to restore it to it's current condition. The car's exterior paint was blue when I bought it. The original interior color was blue also. I decided to have it painted with an original color of "Ivy Gold" and restore the standard interior in black. This car has been stored in a garage since I bought it. This car has the original 289 V8 motor and original 3 speed transmission. Engine runs good and shifts smooth. The front end has been gone through by a Mustang restoration company with new a-frames, coils, bushings, rod ends and shocks. The rear end is original with new shocks. The paint is in great condition. All glass is in excellent condition (no cracks) with new weather striping all around. Both rear floor pans have been replaced. The fog lamp bar is an original FoMoCo piece. New Styled-Steel wheels are reproduction. Tires were put on in 1995 and have no more than 100 miles. Since this car has been stored the past 16 years I would recommend replacing all belts and brakes hoses etc for every day driving. Original carb should be rebuilt also.
