Up for sale is a 1984 Porsche 944 NON Turbo 5 speed. Car is located just north of Chattanooga TN This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION and high bid get's this nice lil car. The wife is buying a new Charger and so I have to thin out some of my toys so she has to go. (Car not the wife LOL) Please email ALL questions on the car and also CALL anytime prior to 9pm for additional pictures or with any questions you have 423 321 2408 Car was daily driven until one day it simply would not start Note car is currently not running.. I have replaced about 7 sensors, the computer, timing belts, and engine side wire harness and still no luck.I have a list of all of the sensors etc which we have replaced so you will have a very solid start in correcting the issue. I took the car to a local shop which said they "knew" Porsche well. They honestly knew how to charge well and not alot more. After nearly a $900 labor bill I pulled the car and had enough. Note the starter is going south and will need replaced soon. The car was a very solid strong car prior to quitting. That all being said my loss blah blah blha. LOL someone will probably change a vaccuum line and she will run like a top again. We are out in the country here and finding a good mechanic in these parts is simply not an easy task. INTERIOR: Very nice with typical wear, front seats have covers as leather is torn under the seat covers, rear seats are nice. Door panels and trim is very nice. Hood release cable is loose and hangs. Radio has been properly removed. Headliner visors etc etc etc are all nice. Dahs looks nice but has typical Porsche crack (dash caps are available for the car though and we can get the winner one at cost. BODY: Rear bumper shocks are compressed on one side simply loosen the bolts and it will slip back into the proper position. Nose ground effect shows some curb action as they all do. Paint is about a 5 or so and shows wear (great 15 foot car, looks to be stock or 2nd paint only. Seals look good, wheels and tires look good and have all center caps etc. OVERALL: Good shape for a 1984 not "mint" by any means but no where even remotely close to retirement either. Someone will get a great bargin if they know these cars and also have more patience then myself. PAYMENT IN FULL is due in 30 days I can ho;d free of charge for 30 days, after that $50 a month until you pick up. (I know arranging trasport is not always the fastest thing to do.
