This is a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner that was originally a black 383 - 4 barrel car with a factory air grabber hood. Car was repainted about 10 years ago with a Vitamin C orange with black hood stripes. The vehicle is now equipped with a non -original 440 six pack engine with a functioning oval air cleaner, ceramic coated headers, alternator with an external voltage regulator. Transmission is a 727 with a mild stall. 8 3/4 rear end. Wheels are Mopar steel wheels painted black with Plymouth motor division hub caps with Firestone tires and factory front disc brakes. Owned the vehicle since Oct. of 1998 and has been a pleasure to own. Hate to see it go but selling due to retirement. The car is being sold at a very reasonable price. Vehicle is in very good condition and can be driven anywhere with only the following few items that could use fixing. There is a small tear in the drivers seat, thumbwheel radio is installed but not wired, rear drivers window will not roll up all the way, also have a new six pack linkage that goes with the car, and could use a carb adjustment. Vehicle has a clear Illinois title that lists the car as a Satellite. This was done by the previous owners to save on insurance costs, the vehicle is in fact a Road Runner with the vin being RM23H9GXXXXXX.
