Here for auction is one rare Pontiac. She is a 1966 Catalina Wagon with a factory 421 V8, 8 lug wheels, Power steering, Power brakes and A/C. This is a very solid unrestored Southern California car. She runs and drives excellent. The 421 runs awsome no smoke, knocks, leaks. The trans shifts smooth and the brakes work. The gas tank needs to be cleaned so its running off of a 2 gallon can under the hood. If the tank was cleaned you could probably drive this car home. It drives down the road as solid as can be. The 8 lug wheels are all straight and the drums are in good shape. The trim rings and caps are excellent there are only 2 or 3 small dings between all 4 and they shine nice. The car obviously needs a restoration she needs paint, upholstery and chrome but with those three things you could have a really nice and cool old Pontiac. I almost garauntee you would be the only one at the car show with one of these. The good thing about this car is the expensive and hard to restore stuff is all good on this car. The dash is beautiful except for the dash pad but the bezel and dash itself is really nice and she runs and drives great so just cosmetics and she would be a nice car. Rust wise she is a very solid car the floor pans and rockers are very solid no rust showing at all. The only rust spots are the bottoms of both front fenders, the back bottom edge of the drivers side quarter panel and a small spot at the top back edge of the passenger side back window. None of these spots are very serious. This is an original paint car so she isnt hiding anything. This car is being offered AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
