Vehicle Detail
Listed again for a quick sale (very close to high bid price on the last go around) is a 1969 Dodge Dart GT in better than average, clean condition for a 41+ year old vehicle. You can enjoy cruise-ins and local car shows in this classic Mopar. This is an original B5-Blue 1969 Dodge Dart GT with light blue bucket seat interior in very good condition. The Dart came from the factory with a 318-2bbl. V8 and AC, but now is equipped with a 360 small block, reportedly vintage 1974 with no AC, that has been slightly modified with some performance goodies (i.e. Comp Cam, Hedman Headers, Edelbrock 600 cfm 4-bbl. with electric choke, Double Roller Timing Chain, Summit Aluminum Dual Plane Intake, Mopar Electronic Ignition System, Flowmaster dual exhaust system with chrome tips, etc.). The original Build/Broadcast Sheet exists and is in very good, legible condition. VIN plate is intact and serial numbers match radiator support stamping. No Fender Tag, but Galen Govier from GTS has been contacted to reproduce a new one. Rebuilt A-904 TorqueFlite transmission with factory console and automatic shifter, 8-3/4" non-Sure Grip rear with 3.23 gears, front manual disc brakes and rear manual drum brakes, power steering, aftermarket stereo/CD player with dual rear Pioneer Speakers, newer 14" Cragar SS Chrome Mag Wheels to give the Dart that nostalgic look with upgraded 4.5 x 5 large bolt pattern on B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A tires (Front - P205/70R-14, Rear – P245/60R-14) in VGC. Vehicle has a new Painless wiring harness installed by prior owner, but currently the original dash cluster gauges are not functioning, including the speedometer, only the odometer is working. Exterior lights and turn signals work fine, as well as the wipers and heater - blower motor. Aftermarket Oil Pressure and Water Temp gauges fully operational. This 1969 Dart GT is from the Indianapolis, IN area where it was rebuilt-restored in 2006 to its current driver quality condition which is reflected in the very fair and reasonable asking price. Vehicle comes with a clear VA Title, but no expressed or implied warranty. I'm selling to help finance another project, my two sons' College Education.
