I bought this 1990 Allante from a dealer in Florida a couple of years ago for my wife. First let me start with the body, it is very clean. The exterior color of the car is champagne but that was not an option when I created this listing, so I listed it as gold. The body is very straight & nice looking with very little imperfection. Being a little bit of a fanatic I noticed that the passenger fender & door color is slightly off, so there must have been a prior repair.The engine ran rough when I got it so I gave it a full tune up with everything, a new map sensor & tps. We drove it a bit , the transmission shifts fine, the tires & brakes are in good shape, great car, fun to drive. The interior is pretty good with a small tear starting in each seat,from dryness. I then let the car sit for a while, & the injectors got clogged & it started to run a little rough again. I put some heavy duty injector cleaner in it & it is really helping, but it may need a new injector or 2, I am told that is common. Also common is the rear window latch that does not work. The radio also has a lower than usual volume. You can certainly hear it, but you can't crank it up. This is a nice car that with a little TLC could be a really nice car. The reserve is set at 3500 dollars so best of luck bidding.
