LX470 has had 2 owners I have owned it for 8 years. AHC (automatic Height Control) will lift the truck another 2” when needed for off-road conditions. Essentially a 4” lift in high mode with the way the hydrolic suspension system is set up. You can also lower the truck 2”+ below the normal setting when needed for parking garages or for when others need a ride and they have trouble getting into your tall SUV.Memory Seat function on drivers seat will set seat, steering wheel, and mirrors where you like. Great for rapid one button adjustments when multiple drivers using the vehicle regularly. Seats are adjustable forward and back, up and down, lumbar, tilt of seat front and back. Steering wheel is electronically adjustable up, down, forward(in), and backward(out) 183k highway and city miles. Engine and transmission are in excellent condition.The exterior is in great condition .Their is some clear coat pealing on the front and back bumpers and a small nick on the drivers side as seen in the pictures.No Rust on the truck The interior is in good condition. Their is a small tear the size of a dime in the drivers seat but its hardly noticeable there are no other, rips, or cuts in the leather. All fluids have been maintained regularly and are fully synthetic, including the differential fluid and the grease used in grease fittings. The AHC fluid has been flushed and replaced with fluid. Last synthetic oil and filter change were done 3 months/1000 miles ago. Maintenance records will be transferred with the vehicle.
