Here is the short story-- I purchased this Mustang a couple of years ago...I fell in love with it, she became mine! I failed to mention this wonderful transaction to my wife. It is fair to say that she got a little ticked off. We have taken several weekend rides and my wife does like the car, but because I went behind her back to purchase it...she wants it sold. It wasn't the money involved that tore her up, but the 'sneaky, dishonest' aspect of me going behind her back. I hate to sell it b/c this mustang will only appreciate in value. Ford only manufactured 1039 pwr top/pwr window Mustangs in 1973. This one is in phenomenal shape. Here are some details: 351 Cleveland with dual exhaust Currie rear New front end steering parts 18,200 original miles 4 wheel disc brakes New larger gas tank/ new battery New tires/alignment New convertible top Very, very little rust with a laser straight body Interior in GREAT shape Inspected and ready for cross country trip... I have this Mustang insured for the appraised value of 30K which costs $18 per month. This Mustang has always been garaged kept as apparent by the lack of rust. There is one ding on the driver's side door under the door handle. I really do not want to see this Mustang go. It was last inspected 4/2008 with the miles showing 014357. I had a driver transport this Mustang in a 24' enclosed trailer from New York to Soddy Daisy, TN. The reason I DO NOT have an antique license plate is because you are only allowed 1200 miles a year. I did not want to be limited as to how many miles I drive, so I chose the correct insurance and license plate to reflect this.
