1968 Pontiac Tempest 4dr. Sedan, 350 automatic w/air, 66,000 original miles car has been garaged all its life. Bought new at Beloit Motor Company in Beloit, Kansas on July 3rd 1968. Have the original warranty paper, protect-o-plate, warranty book and owners manual, all in perfect condition. Original owner sold the car to the second owners on Feb 8th of 1988, the second owner of the car kept all receipts of everything that was done to it, also kept record every time he put gas in it. Has new tires, shocks,runs great, does not burn oil and there are no leaks. blower motor for the air does not work, not sure why I haven't look into it. Front and rear seats on drivers side need to be replaced, both show wear, otherwise the interior is in perfect condition. does not have carpet (has rubber or vinyl on floor). radio works as does odometer, and all turn signals and lights. The body has a few small door dings and scuff marks where the garage must not have been wide enough. small dent on front left corner a small amount of rust on front side of rear quarter panel (by the wheel opening). no rust in trunk, perfect rear bumper. I have tried to describe the car as best as I can, you won't find a cleaner or straighter car for being 42 years old. All this car needs is a good paint job and two seats fixed and you will have a perfect car. I have only owned this car for about 2 months, but I have to let it go. Car is listed locally and I reserve the right to end auction early, I am located in Kearney NE, YOU WON'T BE DISAPOINTED. This car has not been licensed since 1993 and has been in the garage the whole time. They started it a couple times a year to keep everything lubricated.
