Frequently Asked Questions What are the qualifications for the financing? The qualifications are very easy, as we require no credit check and no income verification. The only qualification is that you are the winner of this auction. Additionally, you will need a valid checking account, saving account or a valid Paypal account from which the weekly installments can be automatically paid. What if I don’t have a checking or savings account or a Paypal account? Simply set up a savings account at a local bank. Most banks will happily set up a savings account regardless of credit and regardless of whether you are listed in Checksystems or Telecheck. Alternatively, visit Paypal.com. Paypal is the internet's leading payment processor and it is FREE. Is financing approval really regardless of credit? Yes. If you win the auction you are approved with no “ifs, ands, or buts”. Although we are required to have your valid social security number on our customer information form in order to comply with the Patriot Act, your credit report will not used to approve or deny the financing for you. Do I need to provide proof of income or verifiable employment? No. Although we request your current employer’s name and phone number on our customer informatin form, neither income nor employment is not a factor for approval. Who will I contact in the future if I have questions? We assign a dedicated Account Manager to each new customer and you will be given his/her name, email and cellphone. Our account managers are not commissioned salespeople. Instead, their job is to ensure that you are satisfied that the vehicle that you pickup was accurately described in this Ebay listing; to provide the necessary documentation for you to drive home in your new vehicle; and to facilitate any future changes that you need to make in your financing agreement. How will finance payments be made? Weekly finance payments must be made via autodebit to your checking or savings account or via an approved automatic weekly charge to your Paypal account. ACH payments (also known as "auto debit") and Paypal autopayments help you to ensure that your payments are made on a timely basis without the hassles of writing a check and mailing it each week. Most customers find auto- payments to be a benefit as it eliminates one more “thing to do” in their busy lives. Do you only accept payments through automatic payments? Yes. Will I receive the title when I pick up the car? No. Although we have a clear title in hand, as with any financed vehicle, you will not receive a the title until the vehicle is paid in full. However, within 7 days of the payoff of your financing terms, we will provide the clear title to your vehicle. How will I get a license plate if I don’t have the title in-hand? Most car buyers use some type of financing to purchase their vehicle. As such, most people do not have a title in hand when registering their vehicle. At the time that you pickup the vehicle, we will provide the necessary documentation for you to get your license plate from your local DMV. Can I pay off the financing early? Yes of course. We will provide the title for you within 7 days after payoff. What happens if I change my bank account or paypal account? We realize that you may wish to change your bank or paypal account for your automatic payment. To do so, simply complete an ACH change authorization and provide the signed authorization along with a void check (for autodebit). Please allow up to 30 days for this change to take effect. What happens if I fail to make my payments. As with any financed item that is defaulted, we will be forced to repossess the vehicle. This will result in a derogatory item on your personal credit. Can the vehicle be shipped? Absolutely, and we will be happy to coordinate the pickup with your shipper. In fact, we recommend uship.com if personal pickup is not a possibility for you. However, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and that the shipping costs cannot be financed. What is your return policy? Basically, once you have taken possession of the vehicle, it cannot be returned. However, at the time of your pickup (before you take possession), if you feel that we have not described the vehicle accurately and honestly in our listing, we will cancel the auction and refund your deposit. Ultimately, if you are do not feel that we have not described the vehicle with 110% accuracy, then you are not obligated to purchase it.
