Buyers Inspection: While we try and accurately describe our vehicles as best as we can, these are used cars that we are dealing with. There is a chance that your car may have minor rock chips, parking lot dings or surface scratches in the paint. Anything over and above this damage we make an effort to either take a picture of the damage or note in the vehicle description. Because the car you are looking at is used, we cannot always guarantee that all keys, books, navigation disks and accessories are still with the car. Should you have specific questions as to what a car has or does not have, please call or drop us an email. Inspection:Preston Autoplex welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. In Maryland State buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $125 NO EXCEPTIONS. Out of state buyers, vehicle dealers will also be charged our documentation fee of $125 NO EXCEPTIONS. Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 25 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Preston Autoplex will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Preston Autoplex as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Preston Autoplex. Finalizing your Purchase: Preston Autoplex will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. For sale on behalf of the private owner we now have available this very nice 1969 Buick Riviera that has been lovingly restored in the last few years to give you a vehicle that looks superb and is a regular driver by the owner – a classic you can enjoy.

The owner Dickie Maxwell (410 725 4081) has owned this vehicle for a number of years and he is more than happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding this vehicle, after all this is his baby!

A few notes to mention is that the restoration done was of a high quality, no body filler used, the vehicle itself is solid as you can see from the pictures. Some items worth mentioning fitted are the stainless exhaust, tires that are two weeks old and a new battery. Dickie did point out that the air conditioning will need 134A refrigerant gas conversion and charge to work as the AC currently does not work (all standard components are fitted) also the power window door switches have an intermittent fault.

Overall body condition is excellent for the year with good chrome and a nice finish, please bare in mind this is a vehicle that is driven and does have the odd minor imperfection.
