CARFAX reports this is a one owner car as traded to us with no history of accidents. I believe the hood has been painted at some point. The front bumper cover has recently been pulled out of it's clips and is not completely attached to the front fenders and grill as they should be. This is not a drive ability problem as it was being driven every day prior to trade in, but it is a cosmetic repair that will need attention to make this car look 100 %. The tires are mis-matched front to rear and all have tread but, will need replacement sooner than later and there are a couple of center caps missing from the front wheels.The spare tire appears to have never been used. There is some peeling of the soft touch layer around the window controls which is VERY typical of these cars. None of this is too serious. This 5 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION Jetta runs and drives fine. The A/C blows cold,sunroof works, the power windows, locks, cruise control, remote locking, and AM/FM Stereo with cassette and C/D with 6 disc changer in the trunk all work as they should. The interior is clean and appears like the "adult owned " car that it was. The N.J. inspection sticker is good till Sept 2011 for our N.J. buyers. There are some random chips and tiny scratches that would hardly show in pictures, but this is a 9 year old car after all. That's the story today folks! Nice little car that will give you 30 mpg on the highway.
