We are not the original owner of this vehicle. The Baker Boom on this vehicle was totally overhauled by Baker Equipment on 10-22-08 and has served us well as a Christmas Light install vehicle.. The mechanical boom is in excellent working condition. It is a Versalift Van-Tel 29 (29 ft reach + about 6 feet) when you add that to the height of the top of the van. We have taken this vehicle out of service as of Jan 2010. The '91 van will require a new steering box, hole repaired on the floor of the drivers side and a rear view mirror in order to pass NJ vehicle inspection. It passes emissions and all else. Anyone getting involved with this vehicle should be prepared to deal with the mechanical repairs warranted by a vehicle of this vintage. The vehicle has a fair amount of rust along the sides of the body, and again, is to be expected with a vehicle of this vintage. All the lights, strobe lights, heat and stereo work.Good rubber on all four. The ladder rack can handle up to -3- extension ladders and one step ladder. The upolstry has had slip covers on them the entire time we have owned the truck, and no one has smoked. You can expect This 1991 vehicle
