We've had to do this due to the number of newly registered ebayers who think this is a game. Welcome to our listing, and thanks for taking the time to look. Before we begin, we want to make things very clear. This is a used car, and is likely not in perfect condition. If you're looking for a car that is 100% perfect, you need to purchase a new car. Also, we do not sell parts of any kind. 2005 Ford Crown Victoria Police package P71 equipped with the 4.6 Interceptor V8 engine and automatic transmission. This Crown Victoria came to us from the US Federal Government, where we have purchased numerous vehicles from and have many satisfied customers. Low original miles of 59,960, very low for one of these Crown Vic's. As many of you are aware, there is a shortage of Crown Victorias right now, particularly lower mileage cars, so don't pass this one up. This Crown Victoria retains it's original paint, in the Ford color of white. The original paint is in good to excellent condition with normal wear with some minor scratches from decal removal. I have driven this car occasionally since we acquired it and it has no problems. It runs excellent, front end is tight, suspension still feels good, incredible power with the interceptor 4.6 V8, and it's comfortable. Everything on the car works just like it should. This is an exceptional Police Interceptor and runs better than most of the P71's we've driven. We've discussed the vehicle mileage with several of our past customers and they've advised us that they get anywhere from 23 - 25 miles per gallon with these cars. Obviously it depends upon your personal driving habits, but it is possible to get good mileage with the Crown Victoria. VEHICLE EXTERIOR CONDITION Overall condition of the exterior is excellent, with normal wear. We didn't repaint this Crown Victoria because we didn't see any reason to. The factory Ford color of white still looks great on this car. This is still the original paint. There may be dings and scratches consistent with a used vehicle. Overall the body is straight, and the paint looks good. Equipped with a "Go-Rhino" pushbumper that is in excellent condition. The front grill, headlights, and front bumper areas are in excellent original condition with normal wear. The rear taillights and rear bumper areas are in excellent original condition with normal wear. All tires are in excellent condition and appear to be about 50% worn. The glass is in excellent original condition. VEHICLE INTERIOR CONDITION Overall condition of the gray interior is in excellent condition with normal wear. The front fabric driver seat is in excellent condition with normal wear. The front fabric passenger seat is in excellent condition with normal wear. The rear vinyl seat is in excellent condition with normal wear. All factory seat belts are in place and operating correctly. The dash pad is in excellent original condition with normal wear, free of any cracks. The dash face is in excellent original condition with normal wear. There is a factory AM/FM radio correctly installed in the dash, it works fine. The rubber floor mat is in excellent original condition. All four door panels are in excellent condition with normal wear. The headliner is in excellent condition with normal wear. The steering wheel is in excellent condition. The steering wheel is equipped with factory cruise controls. The overhead visors are in excellent original condition with normal wear. The trunk is in excellent original condition, with correct spare tire and jack equipment. Overall this interior is clean, stock, and looks great. As with most P71's, the rear inside door handles and window switches have been disabled. VEHICLE ELECTRICAL CONDITION Overall electrical condition of the vehicle is excellent with normal wear. Equipped with the full Ford P71 police package, this Crown Victoria is equipped with the 140 M.P.H. police certified calibration speedometer. It works fine. The factory air conditioning BLOWS COLD and works great. Equipped with factory heater/defroster, they work fine. Equipped with 4-door power locks, they work fine. Equipped with tilt wheel, it works fine. Equipped with power mirrors, they work fine. Equipped with rear window defroster, it works fine. Equipped with power trunk release, it works fine. Equipped with factory AM/FM stereo radio, it works fine. Equipped with ABS braking system, it works fine. Equipped with factory front driver and front passenger side air bags. Equipped with power windows, they all work fine. Equipped with factory cruise control, it works fine. VEHICLE MECHANICAL CONDITION This Crown Victoria is equipped with the P71 police package 4.6 interceptor, fuel injected, V8 engine. The car runs excellent. This car has been driven occasionally since we acquired it, and we have not had any problems. Performance is excellent; it’s comfortable, dependable, and safe. The transmission shifts with no problems or unusual noises. The vehicle accelerates smoothly and sounds great, also no unusual noises. The engine does not ping or knock. Acceleration is strong, braking is strong, it just runs great overall. This Crown Victoria is also equipped with factory dual exhaust. No known problems here. Make sure you inquire to DAS information regarding insurance coverage's on the vehicles they transport. The vehicle can be stored free of charge for up to two weeks after the auction has ended, or longer with prior notification and agreement. Vehicles left past the agreed storage date are subject to a $15.00 per day storage fee. We are open for vehicle pick up during the week. We are not open on the weekend, but can make an exception with prior arrangement. Sorry but we spend weekends with our families. VEHICLE REGISTRATION, SALES TAX, SMOG, FEES, ETC: We are a licensed California auto dealer. The state requires that if you're out of state and plan on coming here to pick up the vehicle, you need to know that California law REQUIRES the buyer to pay sales tax, registration, and smog fee's if they pick up the car and drive it away. This is still the LAW even if you put the car on your trailer and it never touches the California roadway. If you're out of state, avoid can avoid all of these required fees by having your car shipped to your state. This in most cases is less expensive anyway by the time you figure gas, lodging, and other expenses. If you're an out of state buyer but picking up the vehicle and driving home, we can reduce the state required registration to a $16.00 one trip permit, but the other fees will still apply. If you are a California resident, we collect sales tax, registration fee, and a $58.25 smog inspection fee. We then provide you with temporary registration in the window so you can legally drive the vehicle until your title and license plates arrive in the mail. All sales require a $55.00 DMV and paperwork fee. This covers the costs of our mailings of the title, bill of sale, license plates if required, and going to the DMV for you on your behalf. PAYMENT INFORMATION: Please follow the rules of the auction after it is completed, regarding deposit and full payment deadlines. Anyone not following through with the auction will be reported to Ebay and NEGATIVE FEEDBACK will be left. There is a clear title on the vehicle. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 must be received by me within 24 hours of the close of auction via Paypal, money order, or cashiers check, sent via overnight express mail. After that, full payment needs to have been received within the next five business days of the close of auction. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL AS PAYMENT FOR THE BALANCE DUE. In other words, full payment balance after deposit is due 5 business days after the auction close date, and must be paid via cash (in person only for cash), cashiers check, or money order. All vehicles that are sold to California buyers that legally require a smog inspection will include it, unless otherwise stated in the auction. Any California buyer will be responsible for all state sales tax, license and actual smog inspection fee. Any out of state buyer will need to contact their own DMV office for registration and transfer information.
