Vehicle Detail
I have a 1993 Buick Roadmaster Limited Edition Sedan up for auction. This car is a dream to drive and I wouldn't hesitate to pack up the family and head anywhere. I bought this car from a friend so I know how it was treated before I purchased it and only bought it because I was making long trips every week from Ohio to Kentucky in a little car and wanted something with more room, more engine, and something that offered a much better ride. This 93 RoadMaster offered all those and more. I put around 7000 miles on it until March of 2010 when I was laid of from work. I currently own 4 cars and no longer need this one. I have 6 boys and while this car is very roomy, it's still not practical for a family of 8, Although I must say we have all fit in it when we needed to. This Buick Roadmaster has just under 103,000 miles, had around 95-96,000 when I bought it. I have changed the oil every 3-5k, just changed it again about 2 weeks ago, inside remarkably clean as is the outside, no peeling paint or peeling top coat, nice running smooth shifting 5.7 litre engine. All leather seating, no rips that I know off and no worn spots either. Carpets are clean, no heavy staining, may see a little spot here and there, but I seen much much worse in much newer cars. This is just a really nice car for the year. Ok..now for things I know that will need attention. There is a few marks on the exterior that I know off, front right fender some rub mark as seen in pictures, there is some rust on right side rear quarter right behind the rear tire that does go through to the trunk. Was going to fix, but just never got around to it. There was some work done in the trunk under the mat in both tire wells. Someone before me and my friend added in some tin and sealed it, not in frame just in the rear wells which looks lile a 8-12 in wide repair. I have never had or seen a leak so really wasn't an issue to me. I have carried golf clubs, suitcases and many other things throughout the winter and it has always stayed dry to my knowledge. The air condition ing is not cold, Im guessing it needs a can of juice, but really only drove it through the fall and winter so it wasn't an issue. The body looks great I think for a 1993, just look at the pictures. It will have some chips, dings and marks...it's a 1993. All the accesories in the car work as they should (radio, lights, all knobs, switches etc. except the drivers side rear window will go down but not up without some help from the hands. Acts like it may be off tract or something, I can hear motor so I dont think thats the issue. She drives like a dream, shifts without any issues. The tires im guessing have 1/3 life, I took a picture with a penny in the front tread although the back tires look like they have more tread, I usually would rotate tires during each oil change if time permitted. Im open to all questions and will let anyone come check her out if you wish. I only ask that all tire kickers come and check it out before bidding is over to ensure this is what you really want. I offer no warranty except what I have stated to be true to the best of my knowledge. I have good feedback and will not sell junk, this car is 17 years old and is not new, but I think it looks really good and is really a sound runner for a 1993. Thanks for looking and good luck my fellow eBayers if you should decide to bid on this 1993 Buick RoadMaster Limited.
