This is powered with the super reliable 4.5L L6 engine, the transmission is Automatic. This vehicle is Four-Wheel Drive (4X4). This truck drives very good, and its extremely reliable! This vehicle drives perfect and the condition shows that is well taken care of. The vehicle runs and looks very good! The engine sounds super, no ticking, knocking or anything else, it shows perfect compression. The interior is super clean, please check the pictures!This LEXUS has been serviced exclusively at a LEXUS dealership all of its life and the service history booklet is full of stamps. Payment. The winning bidder will receive an e-mail from us shortly after the auction end. We accept cash (only in person), certified check, bank wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. We DO NOT accept PayPal, escrow or any other forms of payment, but the listed above. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we were burned many times with certified, travelers and other checks. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. 2. Title / Paperwork. You will receive the title when you pickup the vehicle ONLY if you pay with cash or wire transfer (the funds from the wire transfer have to be posted in our account before the title is released which takes up to a day in some cases) - in all other cases we will mail you the title in 10 business days after the pickup. In some cases we will not have the title at the day of pickup because we finance some of our vehicles and the title is held by the bank until the vehicle is paid off, in these cases the title will be mailed to you in about 10 business days after the purchase. When you pickup the vehicle you will receive a bill of sale, service contract (if requested) a buyers guide, the title (in most cases), and a temporary (31 days) license plate (if requested). 3. Deposit. $350 NON REFUNDABLE deposit must be made within 48 hours after the auction end. The rest of the balance must be paid in full at the time of pick up. 4. Pickup. We can arrange to pick you up free of charge from the airport or AMTRAK/GREYHOUND stations in the South Bend/Mishawaka area if you plan to travel that way in order to get the vehicle (South Bend Regional Airport is the only airport in our area). 5. Additional Fees / Temporary Plate. All sales, regardless if the purchaser is Indiana resident or not are subject to 7% Indiana Sales Tax and we will issue a document which shows that 7% Sales Tax is paid. You will not be double taxed - you will get 7% credit towards your states sales tax! There is a handling fee of $285 for all online sales, which covers the processing of the paperwork, pre-vehicle delivery costs, cleanup, etc. 31 days temporary license plates are available for a charge of $35 and are optional. The temporary plates are good for driving the vehicle in USA only, they are not intended for export purposes! 6. Terms Of Sale / Legal. We have described the above mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability. However, with all pre-owned vehicles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the potential buyer to fully inspect as well as test drive the vehicle before finalizing the purchase. In case the buyer decides not to inspect the vehicle prior to the sale he agrees not to hold the Seller liable for any misrepresentations.
