bohemiannie Store You're looking at a 50 Ford pick up on a short wheel base S-10 chassis and running gear. 2.5 Iron Duke 4 cylinder. It has 166,000 miles on it. 5 speed manual transmission. Running and shifts good. Throttle body fuel injected. S-10 rear end, gear ratio unknown. Top chopped 2 1/2 inches. Bed shortened to fit S-10. Front end fiberglass hood and grill Volkswagon 40 Ford. Good tires and brakes. Drives good. S-10 floors, firewall, wiring harness and seat. S-10 floor in the bed. Old Model A headlights with seal beam adapters. S-10 gauge panel in the dash. Set of 53 Ford pick up rear truck fenders go with the truck if you want them. My hubby bought a 1988 S-10 pick up truck off of Craig's List which he put a new fuel pump in and then began driving it to work. Not too long after, he found a rough 1950 Ford F-1 pick up truck that was living out in a field. He got inspired and cut the S-10 off of the chassis and welded the 50 cab to the S-10 floors and firewall. He chopped the 50 cab top 2 1/2 inches. He then took what was left of the 50 bed and welded it to the S-10 bed floors. He put in a plexiglass windshield, then it got a brand new S-10 radiator, hooked the lights up and went to driving it. I've driven this truck for the past year and a half all over South Central Florida and it runs great. I've had a lot of fun with this truck and the only reason I'm selling it is because I'm moving to South America. Please email if you'd like to ask questions or see more pictures.
