This auction is for (1) 1987 Jeep Wrangler, 4x4, 6-cyl, automatic, in great overall condition! 1987 Jeep Wrangler - 6-cylinder / 258-cid Engine - 3-Speed Automatic Transmission 168,500 Miles - New Seats / Interior - Alpine CD-Stereo System w/Overhead Speaker Bar 1 1 1/2" Lift - Extra Set Tires/Rims - Lots of Recent Work! Engine & Mechanicals This is a great toy! 1987 Jeep Wrangler equipped with a 6-cylinder/258-cid engine and a 3-speed automatic transmission! It is in overall great running condition! The engine runs very well - plenty of power, but the carb needs adjustment (set for winter, it is now running a little rich). The transmission operates very well - smooth and responsive. The 4-wheel drive system also works well (never plowed with). Well kept/maintained, within the past two years it has had: complete tune-up - new radiator - exhaust work - EGR & emmissions work - new battery - fan belt - 1 1/2" Lift The current tires (215/75R15) have little tread remaining, BUT I am also including a 2nd set of like-new 215/75R15 tires already mounted on Jeep rims! Extras/options on this Jeep include a 1 1/2" lift, tilt wheel, an Alpine CD-Stereo system with an overhead mounted speaker bar! Body & Interior The overall body is in great condition! The is almost no surface rust on the exterior body, and only some surface rust on the underside - NO ROT! The factory black paint has begun to fade, and there are some surface scratches that would be expected on a Jeep of this age. The aftermarket soft-top is only a couple years old, and is in excellent condition! The interior has been replaced - new carpet throughout, and new B-Aqua seats were installed in front & rear last year! Check my feedback and bid with confidence.
