Moving out of state must sell 1988 - GMC SL Sierra 1500 - Short Box Truck - clear title. 4.3L, V6, 5 Speed Manual Transmission [with overdrive] Truck appears to be rust free - No salt or other winter road treatments in this location. Truck bed is in good condition. Paint and upholstry in fair to poor condition. Cab leaks water in a few places [rear slider window and front window]. One cylinder appears to leak oil when vehicle is sitting for an extended period. This eventually can cause the spark plug to gum up and the motor will start missing on one cylinder. Engine exhausts smoke when first starting if vehicle has set for an extended period. Does not smoke while driving. This is my observation and not an expert opinion. Sharp looking fun truck to drive - nice deep mag style wheels. I have owned and maintained this truck for 16 years and use it to run errands around town, drive up in the mountains on weekends and for hauling when needed. I currently drive this vehicle so mileage may be a few miles more than mileage listed. For pickup only by Buyer in Salem, OR. Vehicle not delivered by Seller.
