This car has a rebuilt engine with new cylinders/ pistons, all new brakes, new tires, new convertible top, new paint, reupholstered front and rear seats and new door panels. It will certainly make a nice driver for the summer and will be a good investment for it's new owner. I have been personally been driving this car almost every day for the past few weeks and can vouch for it's condition. Please call me at 949 2 8 5 8 0 1 1 Exterior wise, the car was recently repainted in it's original Kansas red color. The car looks very nice for a driver, it was mostly disassembled before paint, and many new parts were either added or the original parts were restored before being put back on. The car has new front and rear chrome bumpers, new chrome headlight rings, running boards are in great shape, new front and rear turn signal rubber seals and much more. All chrome was polished around windows and looks great. The wheels are original chrome 4 lug and they look great, have a few small spots of rust that is hardly noticeable. All 4 hubcaps are brand new as well as new tires have less than 300 miles. Driver side window scrapers are both new, passenger side are original. The convertible top was recently replaced with a new black vinyl top as well as the headliner and it works and looks great. Interior wise, the car is very nice. The front and rear seats were reupholstered in original basket weave with new internal padding etc. They function as they should and feel comfortable to sit in. The door panels are brand new and have side pockets. Window roll up handles are brand new. The dash is in good shape, has a few small cracks, but definitely acceptable to use. The carpeting is not new but in good shape, visors are nice and steering wheel in good original condition. The headliner is brand new (white) and looks great. The wipers work, the horn works, speedometer and odometer and gas gauge all work as well. The gas guage is accurate by the way! The car has front and rear seatbelts, the fronts are original 3 point belts. Mechanically, the 1600cc dual port engine has new cylinders and pistons, push rod tubes etc and runs very well. I had it recently fully serviced by my mechanic and everything is in good order. The transmission shifts without issue, no popping out of gear or grinding. The clutch disk is has over 70% life remaining. The car also has complete new brakes with all new flex lines, new master cylinder and pads all around. It has 4 brand new tires and brand new hub caps on it's chrome 4 lug wheels, the car doesn't shake on the freeway and steers very well.
